2.2. Contact by email or phone
You have the option of contacting me by email or phone. Your personal data transmitted in this way will be stored by me. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be processed in order to respond to your contact. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The data will be stored until it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of the conversation with you and the matter of your contact has been comprehensively clarified.
If your contact request is aimed at concluding a contract with me, the additional legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. This data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to execute the contract. Beyond that, I only store your data to comply with contractual or legal obligations (e.g., tax obligations) (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR).
In addition to the data you voluntarily provide me with, I may receive the time (date and time) of the transmission of your data, as well as your IP address. The processing of this data corresponds to a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) in order to ensure the security of the systems and to counteract misuse. This data, which I additionally collect when you contact me, will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest when the matter of your contact has been comprehensively clarified.
You can inform me at any time (see section 1 above) that I should delete the data communicated during the conversation. In this case, all personal data from the conversation will be deleted, as far as permissible, and it will not be possible to continue the conversation.
3. Rights of data subjects
When I process your data, you are a “data subject” within the meaning of the GDPR. You have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to restriction of processing, right to erasure, right to be informed, and right to data portability. In addition, you have a right to object, a right of withdrawal, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
Right to information
You have the right to request confirmation from me as to whether I am processing your personal data. If this is the case, you have the right to obtain information about the following in particular: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data being processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed; where possible, the planned duration for which your personal data will be stored; the existence of a right to rectify or erase personal data concerning you or to restrict processing by me or a right to object to such processing; the existence of a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Right to rectification
You have the right to rectify and/or complete the data I have stored about you if this data is incorrect or incomplete. I will rectify or complete the data without delay.
Right to restrict processing
Under certain conditions, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This is the case, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of the data; if you refuse to have the data deleted; in the event of legal disputes; when an objection is being examined.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request that I erase your personal data immediately if I am obliged to do so. This is particularly the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purposes; if consent has been revoked and there is no other legal basis; in the event of unlawful data processing.
If I have made your personal data public and am obliged to delete it in accordance with the above conditions, I will take appropriate measures, including technical measures, taking into account the available technologies and implementation costs, to inform other data controllers who process the personal data that you have requested the deletion of all links to this personal data or copies or replications of this personal data.
However, your right to erasure does not apply in particular if processing is necessary for the following reasons (exceptions): to exercise the right of freedom of expression and information; to fulfill a legal obligation; to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Right to be informed
If you have exercised your right to rectification, erasure, or restriction, I am obliged to notify all recipients to whom I have disclosed your personal data of the rectification, erasure, or restriction of the processing of your data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
Right to data portability
Under certain conditions, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to have this data transmitted to another controller. This is the case, for example, if the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a or Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR and the processing is carried out using automated procedures. You have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly to another controller, provided that this is technically feasible and does not adversely affect the freedoms and rights of other persons.
4. Right of objection
If I process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, I will no longer process it for these purposes.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not retroactively invalidate the lawfulness of the processing.
6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. In particular, you can exercise your right of complaint in the Member State of your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
